Excellent location, clean and comfortable.

Very clean room and bedding. The cons: The building, (which is NOT the same advertised but on another street, walking distance), felt like a halfway house. The closet smelled terrible like humidity. The bathroom faucet and TP holder, looked like they were peeling, as well as the paint on the wall by the main window. The outlets in the bathroom were not working. Unfortunately, not as advertised

I booked this property for a visiting business guest and the experience was extremely disappointing. The property appeared poorly managed, especially overnight, with no visible staff presence. Guests were freely moving between adjacent properties in and out of the pool late at night, including unsupervised minors and intoxicated young adults, resulting in screaming, banging on doors, and constant disturbances. On one night, people repeatedly banged on my guest’s door for over an hour. Sleep was disrupted for three consecutive nights. When the guest attempted to get help overnight, the front desk was unattended, and there is no phone in the room to contact staff. There were also serious plumbing issues. Hot water was only available by manipulating the sink in a specific way, and even then the temperature fluctuated between freezing and scalding, which triggered the fire alarm more than once. Overall, this was not a well-managed or restful place to stay and reflected poorly on us for selecting it. I would strongly caution anyone expecting a quiet, comfortable, or professionally run property. Definitily not worth almost $200/Night! You are better off at the Motel 6 for a 3rd the price.
