Great ocean views at an affordable price! #202 was wonderful! We had a wonderful time! The condos are laid out very nicely, and each one has a direct ocean view so there isn’t a bad condo in the entire building. The kitchen was stocked and everything was very nice. The pool was great too! Highly recommend!

No TV for 3 days, turned off at providers. 2 toilet cistern did not work. Electric breaker did not , took 8 days for management to call an electrician . So defective the whole box has to be replaced. Sliding door lock to patio, broken & rusted. ..? old. Heating & A/C failed. Kitchen & bathroom cupboard doors fell off. Minimum help available from management .

No TV for 3 days, not connected to supplier. Cisterns in both toilets defective. Fluctuating electricity, lights & appliances came on & off at random. Unable to cook for 2 days. After six days of requests electrician finally called & confirmed that the whole fuse box needed replacing, as was installed in approx 1978! Heat & A/C not working. Unable to lock door to deck, no lock! Unit was generally decrepit. Management appeared unconcerned.
