We booked our vacation very last minute and were pleasantly surprised with the results! This was our first time staying at this location but it will definitely not be our last. The condo size was perfect for us and we were just a short walk to the beach. There were a couple of maintenance issues when we first arrived but they were addressed by property management very quickly after we notified them. The full time residents were very nice and welcoming. Cost wise, this was way better and cheaper than staying at a hotel. We are looking forward to our next stay!!

Wow! Unit 153 rented through VRBO was just what we needed! The unit was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was just remodeled. It was fully stocked with things I didn't even realize I needed! The host was very commutative and the unit was spotless. Loved the view from the kitchen all the way through the unit I could see the water! We slept comfortably and had lots of room to spread out., the balcony had high top chairs which made enjoying our morning coffee all the more.

If you are looking for a family vacation then don’t come here from June 20th through July 4th. There’s a group of people that come every year that does nothing but drink and overtake the pool and beach area. These people are one group and their only interest is drinking while their teenager children do whatever they want. We contacted the office because children couldn’t even swim or play in the pool because at least 30 adults were standing in the shallow part of the pool hold and drinking beers. Security came looked around and then left. This is not a family friendly place during these dates. It’s sad because there was a time when this wasn’t allowed. This group has free rein and will do as they please .
