Quality Inn Fort Lauderdale Airport Cruise Port

We came here from Scotland for the World Cup. After 15 hours or more travelling we arrived to be told they didn’t have our booking. Which I find quite bizarre as we phoned to confirm this weeks prior due to other reviews left! Even though we had all the confirmation on our side they were still adamant we didn’t have a booking! They were so unhelpful and left the desk refusing to speak to our travel agents. Imagine how scary it was to arrive in an unfamiliar place with nowhere to stay and the possibility of no other hotels due to the World Cup being on. As we waited in the reception trying to book somewhere else we watched this happen to 4 other people. Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT STAY!!! we arrived after 14 hours of travel only to be told that the hotel doesn’t have our booking. The staff didn’t care and offered no way to help us. The man who I assume was the manager hid after this and left us with a woman who said he was the only one who could help. While we were in the reception trying to get our booking changed by love holidays there was another 4 couples arriving with the same issue. By the sounds of the rest of the reviews we had a lucky escape. Save yourself the hassle and don’t bother booking

Booked 2 rooms Dec 2025 in advance for world cup June. Arrived at hotel after a long travel, some commotion at reception with a fellow scot arguing with the staff about their room not booked on the system, low and behold same scenario with ourselves. Obviously these scammers took bookings then monopolised on selling at a higher price. Receptionist was really rude and offered no assistance with alternate arrangements. Thankfully we were able to get somewhere else that evening which i was glad as the place did not look like the photos it was a bit of dump. AVOID!!!!
