Excellent service from Gaby and Johan, Yoan explained everything very well to me, he was kind, respectful, good treatment, 5 stars. The room was clean, fragrant, and spacious 5 Stars as well We got the room on the 5th floor, a spectacular view I liked it a lot especially for being pet friendly, we can travel with our doggy children … Thank you for thinking of them as they are part of our family … truly thank you

Actually, we have not gone yet. But I just got the bill on my credit card, which is more than what they originally sent me in the confirmation email. So I called, but all you get is an AI voice that apologizes for overbilling you. I am conciered this is a scam all the way around.

The hotel is quite large and enjoys a quiet location, near the highway and provides a good base for visiting the Everglades. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is fine. Free coffee and tea are available at reception. The area around the hotel is quite boring. There are some restaurant chains and a supermarket, but for all other things you have to take the car. An extension is being built right next to the hotel, but during our stay we did not suffer from this. The staff seemed a bit businesslike and uninterested.
