1800 Atlantic Suites

Located on the Alantic side of Key West. We had a 3 BR 3 Bath Ocean View Condo. The view was fabulous with a huge walk around balcony. The condo was clean and well supplied. The only improvements would be updated bathroom showers which were difficult to step in and out of because of the deep tubs and high tile wall around it. The grounds for guests were excellent. A large pool and hot tub with chairs and umbrellas. The garden areas were beautiful and well cared for. There were several grilling areas with tables to cook out. There is a sandy area for beachfront, but a lot of rocks to get to the oceanfront. No swimming area, but is walking distance to Smathers Beach. Seemed to a quiet retirement age community. We rented a golf cart to get around . Downtown Duval Street was 1.5 miles away. I would recommend staying here if you want a quieter Key West stay.

Family of 5 (with teens) stayed here over spring break. Condo complex is nice. Felt very residential versus like a resort. Pool and hot tub areas are nice, but a bit boring (thus residential feel versus resort). Lots of pool rules, but good if you are looking for peace and quiet. Rented through Last Key, who were awesome in how they do business - very responsive and helpful. We didn’t love the location as it felt far from the happenings of Key West proper. We rented bikes, which were great. But it was about 15 min on bikes along busy streets to get to where we wanted to go (and parking is super expensive in Key West). Otherwise very nice stay but probably wouldn’t go back due to family interests and distance from downtown.

My family of four visited key west for a 7 day vacation and stayed at this location after finding on VRBO. The condo we booked was very spacious and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was excellent and enjoyed using their workout room. Note we still needed to walk about 100 yards to get to the nearest beach (Smathers Beach) but it was still worth it. Also, I would recommend renting bikes as everything on the island can be biked to if you have the time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Key West.
