Suburban Extended Stay Bay Meadows

This was the worst experience we ever had , they ofer free wifi , but we havent it, the recepcionist didnt want to help us , she just said you need to recive a code on your gmail to have wifi, and leave us talking in the front desk, she was realy rude, the kitchen does not have a pan or one cup we bought it for the week , the room was smelling smoke , there wasnt housekeeping , no paper at the bathdrom, we leave 4 days before and pay all week , they said as politic rules they couldnt return nothing no matter if we stay all the time with no wifi , room for smokers,awful, we want our money back !!Never ever stay at this place , they even said that you need to live there is not for turist is for long residence people.Return the money if you dont give the things you offer.

Great location for a room near UNF. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Could be a great place to stay with new cleaning staff.. The floors in our room needed to be vacuumed and the carpet in the hallways were horrible (looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks). Our counters needed a good wipe down. Mattress was too soft, needs to be replaced. It was a 2 star at best.

I've been a regular here for months. It's a budget hotel and so you have to be willing to make a few compromises. This being given, its staff consistently does a great job and provides true value to their guests..
