Excellent location. Staff is great. Property well kept. Breakfast is an added bonus.

Our stay was fantastic. Very friendly. Very clean.

My 2nd time staying here in the last 2 years. Walking distance to the Waterfront, Duval St., Higgs Beach. I rented a bike for the week, best thing ever. Rooms are clean and simple, no complaints at all. Rooms located on White St. side are subject to some traffic noise, especially on weekday mornings. Other rooms and cottage locations are very quiet. Staff is very friendly and thoughtful. I will definitely stay again
