We spent a week in a 2 BR condo, making good use of the kitchen, the living area, and the pool/hot tub. Loved checking in at the office, now housed in the old restaurant/bar area, Gumbo's. The common area decor is old and charming, the accommodations modern. Very close to the airport and to the Rt. 1 intersection to go to other keys. We were comfortable.

Jenny made our entire stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely kind. She didn't just do her job -- she went completely above and beyond in every interaction. Whether it was anticipating our needs before we even asked, offering thoughtful recommendations, or simply greeting us with the biggest, most welcoming smile, she made us feel truly valued and cared for. It's rare to come across someone who takes such pride in creating a wonderful guest experience, and Jenny absolutely embodies what exceptional hospitality should look like. Her professionalism combined with her natural kindness made all the difference in our stay. Because of her outstanding customer service alone, we are already making plans to return. Additionally, every single staff member we encountered was extremely kind, professional, and welcoming, which truly made the the entire experience even more special. Beyond that, the property itself was beautiful. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. The rooms were spacious and well cared for. The decor was tasteful, inviting, and thoughtfully done, creating such a comfortable and elevated atmosphere throughout the hotel. The location was very close to everything in Key West. Overall, this was an exceptional experience, and Jenny was truly a gem. We cannot wait to come back!

We have been vacationing at Coconut Mallory for more than 20 years. We have seen many changes in Key West and the resort. This is still our favorite place to go. We always take our bicycles and this is our primary transportation while on the Island. This year we use Uber after dark to go downtown. Both work well. The resort is dated but the location and layout meet our needs. We will continue to vacation here. Fantasy Fest 2027 is our next booking.
