Hyatt Key West Resort & Marina

My wife and I made a last minute decision to drive down and couldn't of asked for a better experience. We most DEFINITELY will be coming back and staying here. Will get a ocean facing room next time.

The location was perfect as a block from Duval St and several great restaurants. We especially appreciated the friendly and supportive staff at the desk. Housekeeping was very good. They even cleaned the tile floors every day.

I cannot speak highly enough of this property it’s team. We worked with Jenn in event sales to plan a surprise proposal and dinner. Jenn and the resort staff pulled out all the stops to ensure that it was executed flawlessly. The front desk team and the bellman were also exceptional during our stay from start to finish. To top it all off the room was perfect with one of the most hotel comfortable beds I’ve ever experienced. I rarely write reviews, but this property and team deserve the highest praise. 10 out of 10. We cannot wait to go back!
