Holiday Inn Express Orlando-Lake Buena Vista East

My husband and I stayed at the Best Western in Kissimmee because our daughter and her family stayed there to go to Disney World. We found the location very convenient. We rented a scooter to help my husband get around the park. We needed to charge the battery for it and, thanks to Diego at the front desk, I got to use a cart to help me get it up to the room. Our grandson forgot his toothbrush and I needed a shower cap . We got both from the front desk. Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool. Thank you for making our stay more comfortable.

We were incredibly well helped by Delieann during our stay at the hotel. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful and made us feel welcome right away. No question was too much and she really took the time to help us. Delieann made our experience at the hotel extra pleasant. It is clear that she does her work with great attention and a smile. A real top performer and in our opinion absolutely someone who deserves a compliment! Thank you very much for your kindness, Delieann! 😊

For the price this place had everything we needed for our 1 night stay.
