Oak Plantation Resort

We went 1 year before the pandemic, and we loved it, wl complex was very nice and neat, the pool with the bar was barbaric, the prices there were good , we had lunch in 3 times, the house well equipped with everything, and the most beautiful thing is that while my husband and friend enjoyed the pile ,my friend and I crossed us shopping in front of this store ross and a barlintang, plus there is a jacuzzi that works late, so much liked that this year we will return in March

In the 90s' when this place was new it was a great gated location to rent apartments with families on holidays. Today, that can no longer be said as the standards of maintenance and cleanliness have gone down. Sad that this once beautiful place is no longer what it used to be........clean and well maintained. Until such time when management decide to repair the Appliances, change Couches and Carpets and improve cleanliness, It will always get a low rating in Tripadvisor and low recomendations.

Picture staying at a multi-building apartment complex with a communal pool and fitness area and you have the Oak Plantation Resort. We stayed in a one bedroom on the second floor in Building 8. Overall the accommodation was satisfactory for the price. The perks are a full kitchen (albeit with minimal cooking utensils), an in-suite laundry, and free daily shuttles to Disney World. The pool area was nice and had the bonus of a tiki bar. The decor is slightly dated, the mattress was uncomfortable and the overall cleanliness has room for improvement (the sinks in the kitchen and bathroom were backed up with standing water).
