THE VILLAS AT SEVEN DWARFS

I can only leave one dot because there isn’t anything lower. The place is very ghetto there are people smoking pot and drinking day and night. The security harasses people who actually have business being there with contracts but those doing illegal things is okay! The property manager screams at the top of her lungs and acts like an animal when speaking to guests who attempt to speak to things that happened! Absolutely disgusted with this place.

Our apartment was quite drab and not well kept. A half lime was left in the fridge suggesting cleaning wasn’t thorough. The walls had some splatters. No dish soap was left. Microwave buttons didn’t all work as well as the two large burners in the stove. The two rolls of toilet paper were all you get for the week. The towels and bedding were stained and ripped. Oven mitts would be nice. The location of apartment 15-106 is right across from the pool which is fantastic. The tv console was a plastic kids’ tray.

We are a family of 5 (3 adults and 2 teens) and enjoyed nine nights at this resort in a 3 bedroom home in block 21. The unit had one bedroom with king bed and en-suite on the first floor and two bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds) with shared en-suite on the second floor - each room had a tv. Bedrooms and stairs were carpeted. The lounge was a good size with a kitchen at one end. In the kitchen were a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and full oven as well as ample storage cupboards. (unfortunately there were no instructions on how to use the oven). All linens, towels and dishcloths were provided, but there was only minimal dishwasher and laundry tablets, toilet rolls and hand soap. The house was very comfortable and clean and appeared in good condition (minor damage to the front of the fridge/freezer). The grounds were well kept and the teens enjoyed the pool. The resort has a lake on site which is home to 3 smallish alligators and numerous turtles. The only fault we had was on arrival. The Tiki bar was advertised as being open until 10pm, but arriving at 8.50pm after a long haul flight, we could not get any food or drink. The bar tender stated he had closed early because of no traffic - although people were sitting at a table with a drink and we think he could have served us a beer or soda. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
