8034 king palm 4 bedroom villa. Location great and feels secure within gated community. Kitchen well equipped This villa had been cleaned well and apparently refurbished . Sadly very disappointing. Furniture dated and so badly in need of replacing . Beds squeak , mattress not comfortable, sofas all grimy and sink. Pool area old furniture, no net for getting bugs out of pool , outside pool light doesn't work. No phone so can't call management company. Cameras on front of house beep at you every time you go in or out of the home . Don't like the thought of constantly being monitored ! Paper informs us we have 16 white towels i.e. just bigger than a hand towel between 8 of us . No pool towels so have to use white towels for pool and shower meaning constantly having to wash them. No change of sheets for any of beds so need to wash if you want to change bedding mid two week stay. Not the expected standards for the high rental cost Just feels very old and dated to say it has been refurbished can't say we can see where !

I recently had the opportunity to stay at one of your properties, specifically 8157 Sun Palm in Kissimmee, Florida, from July 2nd to July 7th, 2023. While the subdivision and community amenities were pleasant, I regret to inform you that my experience inside the home was highly disappointing. First and foremost, the interior of the house appeared outdated and neglected. The walls were noticeably dirty, which immediately gave an impression of poor maintenance. Furthermore, the dryer took an astonishingly long time, requiring more than three cycles to dry a single load of clothes. This inconvenience significantly disrupted our daily activities and wasted valuable vacation time. Additionally, I must bring your attention to the lack of attention to detail in terms of the provided amenities. Though an air mattress was available, the absence of batteries for the air pump rendered it useless. This oversight on your part was highly inconvenient, as we were unable to utilize the air mattress as intended. Moreover, the couch cushions were severely worn out, to the point that sitting down would practically place us on the floor. This further diminished the comfort and relaxation we expected from our stay. One of the most concerning aspects was the state of the master bedroom bed. It was broken, and the metal canopy posed a safety hazard, threatening to collapse at any moment. It was apparent that the property owner did not prioritize the safety and comfort of their guests. This negligence is not only disheartening but also alarming. To make matters worse, the oven caught fire on its own during our stay. Not only did this pose a significant safety risk, but it also resulted in a complete halt to our cooking plans. Despite contacting the customer service line promptly, we were forced to wait until the following day for an appliance repair representative to arrive. The technician explained that the oven had a crack, and as a safety precaution, he had to disconnect it. The inconvenience of not being able to cook, coupled with the wasted food, was a frustrating experience that tarnished our vacation. Furthermore, the lack of transparency regarding the property was deeply disappointing. It wasn't until just four days prior to our trip that we received the address, which caused inconvenience and logistical challenges for our group. It would have been far more preferable to have the opportunity to view and choose the property beforehand, as the interior did not meet our expectations. In fact, the decor and overall ambiance of 8157 Sun Palm were far from what one would consider a "Vacation Home away from home." Instead of offering a luxurious or themed experience, the interior resembled leftover thrift store decor, which was highly underwhelming. I believe it is crucial to bring these issues to your attention, as I am deeply dissatisfied with the overall quality and condition of the property. It is evident that the property owner's primary concern is profiting from their investment, rather than ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and take appropriate actions to address these concerns. As a guest who entrusted my vacation experience to Orlandovacation Homes, I expected a higher level of quality and attention to detail. Regrettably, this was not reflected in my stay at 8157 Sun Palm. Not the way to do business. Just no call backs no pool filter or heater black mold on the carpet, leaking faucets bugs. The house needs to be Powerwashed the floor in the master is wet. Cracked stove top and I could just keep going on and on HOME OWNER BEWARE!!!
