America's Best Value Inn of Lake City

Promised a quiet room, we were alarmed by a party just a few doors down from our room, and a large dog in the immediate next room that barked whenever another party guest walked past. At 11pm, we called the Front Desk; visitors started to leave around midnight – the Front Desk manager seemed to make little difference. We noted a sign that next morning that visitors from within a 50 mile radius are not allowed – that also seemed to make little difference. What a nightmare!

Very friendly and responsive staff. The non-smoking room did smell of smoke but the staff addressed the issue quickly and fixed the problem without having to switch rooms.

One of the most pleasant hotel staff I’ve encountered in a long time. Karen was super friendly during my check-in as well as very informative explaining all the amenities included. She made the conclusion of a very busy and long day, very pleasant and relaxing. My room was very well kept and appeared that housekeeping is actually doing their job. Look forward to staying here again and hope Karen is working when I check in.
