Hyatt Place Orlando Lake Mary

The staff there was really amazing! They check in with you and make sure all needs are met! They did a great job and recommend if you are in the area and need a place to stay for business they are the spot!

We were greeted with smiles and a quick, easy check-in every at our 12:30am arrival after a late night arrival to SFB airport. We arrived in less than 20 minutes from SFB. Our short, one night stay was comfortable, clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the plentiful breakfast and fitness center.

Had an allergic reaction to the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the room. Reported it twice asked for different products to use. The hotel don’t have any other products. Seriously, Had to extend my stay an additional night for the medication to work effectively. I broke out in hives, blisters, and had burning sensation on my feet and palms. Never was checked on by staff or management after reporting issue. And on the day of check out I had a late check out approved, and had the dnd on my door and yet housekeeping still entered my room before my scheduled departure. Unacceptable. Staff just hangs around gossiping and brings their children with them to work during their shift. Don’t go out of there way for anything. They don’t care. Can get better customer service at a best western for around the same price if not cheaper. Or in this area try the Marriott next door instead.
