We had such an amazing experience with Crowne Plaza, and I cannot recommend them enough! From the very beginning of the planning process through our wedding day, Brittany was incredible. She helped me plan every detail down to the very end, always answered my questions, and made the entire process feel so much less stressful. Her organization, communication, and genuine kindness meant so much to us. On our wedding day, we had to move the ceremony indoors because of a heavy storm. While it could have been a stressful situation, the Crowne Plaza team handled everything seamlessly. The staff was so accommodating, professional, and quick to make the transition, ensuring everything still turned out beautifully. We are so grateful to Brittany and the entire Crowne Plaza team for making our wedding day so special. Their dedication, flexibility, and exceptional service truly exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a better venue or a better team to celebrate such an important day with.
