Excellent location, very well-prepared professionals, and a public parking lot right in front.

We stayed at the Shepley Hotel and had a really great time! All the staff were super kind, helpful, and professional. A special mention goes to Elyzabeth, who assisted us with truly rare kindness. The room was clean and comfortable, the continental breakfast good and more than satisfactory. The location is excellent, a few steps from the sea, and we really appreciated the possibility of using umbrellas, lounge chairs, and towels for free. A truly pleasant stay, especially thanks to the friendliness of the staff. Highly recommended!

Check in was smooth and the front desk staff were welcoming. The hotel design felt warm and welcoming, all guest areas were very clean and kept to high standards. Our room was a great size, we had two large suitcases and could comfortably open them at the same time. The bathroom in general and shower were both large. The water pressure was powerful. Breakfast was self-service but worked very well. They had everything you could think of and we were very pleased. We are our breakfast outside on the terrace and it was nice to take in environment around us. The location was great, it was a short walk away from the beach, shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay overall and staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. We will definitely return the next time we are in Miami!
