I chose this hotel because it was close to the beach and cheapest found on my Hopper app. Tried to call beforehand to tell them my flight was delayed and will be late but no one answered or called back. Little did I know how horribly neglectful they were going to be with phone communication (basically will never answer your phone calls). If you have an issue but your room is at one of the other sites, you would have to drive back to the main site every time, it was horribly inconvenient. I came in very late, they charged me a resort fee for all six days but ONLY cleaned my room ONCE the entire time. I even asked (remind) them to please clean my room as I have paid for. Over the time, there would be little issue like my electricity blowing out because having the TV, AC and microwave all on at the same time short circuits the fuse. Again couldn't call because they never F&*#@king pick up the phone so had to drive to the main site in the middle of the night to request repair. Most of the front desk attendants speak English as a second language (hopefully they didn't hire any illegals) so it was very frustrating trying to communicate with them because of the language barrier. Poor presence of employees around all the sites and many of them are just not helpful. Rooms were okay but need to be cleaner and updated. My bathroom looked like it was from the 90s and still dirty. Floor and walls were uncomfortably rough and cold. Overall rooms could have been a lot better and not exactly real hotel quality (these are apartment hotels, might as well be motels). However, nicely close to the Miami beaches and boardwalk so wonderful sight when you get to leave your room.

Beachside All Suites Hotel was the worst lodging experience of my life. The published photos are treated with AI, very different from reality. Dirty place with cockroaches, no security, bad structure and care. We arrived at the hotel, me and my daughter around 23:40 after a long period of flights and connections, we were directed by the receptionist to a different unit than the one informed on the reservation, located on Harding Avenue, approximately 800 meters away from the main reception, already close to midnight, with luggage, in an unknown location and without any assistance from the hotel. The receptionist did not guide us properly nor offered travel support. The two units we stayed in on different occasions, presented recurring problems of cleaning, poor maintenance, strong odor, degraded structure and lack of adequate support channels. In the second lodging we still live with recurring fire alarm shots, including during the dawn, without resolution even after communication to the reception. The worst of all this situation, was to have bought this accommodation, through a Travel Agency "CVC", which we hoped to receive total support and security, since we understand that the least of the agency is to know the partners. The main disruptions experienced were caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided in the sales process, as well as subsequent operational failures, even after several preventive attempts to align with the CVC Agency.

Very bad experience. The address published does not actually correspond to the place where guests end up being sent, which causes a lot of confusion and wasted time. The service was very poor from the beginning, and there was no willingness to help or solve the problems. Additionally, there was a significant leak in the room that ended up soaking all our clothes and belongings. We also had several issues with the facilities: malfunctioning internet, the bathtub water remained stagnant, the air conditioning was too noisy, and it kept cutting out constantly. It definitely was not the experience we expected, and I would not recommend this place.
