SLS Hotel South Beach

The room temp didn’t work.. The shower water was cold, and there were no instructions on how to access the hot water. No amenities. It’s way overpriced for what you get I will never will stay there again so many better choices.

It was horrible the room was too small no where to put your clothes because they have all these alcohol where you have to put your clothes. Very good location.No tea and coffee maker. Wash basin taps was too close under the mirrow so you struggle to turn it on. If you have big hands you stand on chance.

Hotel about to close, all dirty and sloppy, bad service because all employees already know they are out of work. Talking to several of them we were informed that it closed for renovations on 28-05 for at least 2 years, as is the Delano that is of the same business group. Very bad experience, less so that they close, you can tell that all the furniture is dirty and old, nor sweep the entrance of the worn carpet that they have. A mess and lovely as when it was a very good hotel.
