Best Western Plus On The Bay Inn & Marina

Extremely disappointing experience. During our stay, there were repeated disturbances from other guests, including loud sexual activity and aggressive altercations that were clearly audible. My young child was exposed to these incidents, making the hotel feel completely unsuitable for families. I reported the problems to hotel staff, but the situation became so unacceptable that I checked out two nights early. I then requested a refund for the unused nights. More than a month later, after multiple follow-ups, I was still being told my request was "under review" with no resolution. Poor guest experience, poor customer service, and no accountability. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel, especially to families with children.

Quick overnight trip after a flight from Jamaica. I treated myself to a bayfront room with a balcony as it was my bday. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. I saw 2 iguanas sunning themselves on the rooftop! ❤️ I knew from reviews that the elevator in that building wasn't working but the front desk offered to bring my luggage to my room but I declined. Yes there are some scuff marks/water spots etc in some areas but by far, the room felt very clean. I walked to Benihana and got dinner and went to a nearby store and bought wine. It was a Tuesday night so there wasn't much music noise from the restaurant. I booked on their website and the cost was reasonable IMO. I'd stay again.

It was the worst experience of my life. When I realized what was happening, I went to the front desk and showed them; their response was that they could change the room but not offer a refund. For two days, I asked to speak to the manager, only to be told they were never around and that nothing else could be done. After a ten-hour journey to get there, I was met with this situation and then had to spend money on medication to try to recover. A vacation turned into a nightmare, and no one took responsibility. Please avoid this place.
