Blanc Kara

Exceptional service, pristine rooms, and the perfect location! ​I absolutely loved my stay at Blanc Kara. It has a beautiful boutique vibe and offers a quiet, restful oasis just a block from the beach on the peaceful side of South Beach. My room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. ​The highlight was definitely the service, which was attentive and incredibly responsive from start to finish. A special thank you to Rodolfo, the manager, who runs the concierge desk flawlessly and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. If you want top-tier service and a chic boutique experience, this is the place to stay!

Everything perfect great breakfast

Structure that is located in a great location on the south beach, very different grasndissima room with American standards. The only flaws are the cleaning and staff of the breakfast room. CLEANING: we stayed 6 nights, they never redid the room, they just arranged the towels that even if left on the floor, dirty, so as to replace them were folded and put back in their place. Never once read redone, never once vacuumed, never once a cloth to clean the dust and never once removed the coffee stains that were on the bedside tables. Suddenly we tip and like magic they fix everything, clean everything, change towels and remove coffee stains that have been on the bedside table for 5 days. BREAKFAST: continental breakfast OK there can be in quantity and quality, but staff in charge of breakfast RUDE and unhelpful. He waved rudely , set the table looking annoyed and kept complaining, which was absurd that we thanked (tanks) every time we served coffee and as if he was annoyed he snorted (sbuff). One morning having an excursion we asked if it was possible to have box lunches at 7 am, but he looked unhelpful, rude and visibly altered complaining to his colleague at the reception who had gone to communicate the preparation of box lunches. Which then were nothing more than two slices of bread and one of ham with two jams that prepared the day before had been kept in the fridge until the day they were needed. As a structure could also be nice especially for the size, but cleanliness and staff must be up to scratch otherwise everything that can be good takes a back seat. Definitely will not be my first choice when I return to Miami nor can I recommend this property to friends.
