Courtyard Downtown

We stayed here for one night before our cruise and we loved it! Very big clean rooms, centrally located and not far from the port, lots of places to eat and drink close by. But the main thing for us was the staff, particularly 2 ladies on the front desk, Yessenia and Shaina. They were super friendly and offered great advice and was always smiling and happy. The morning we left they left a hand written card and some bubbles and chocolate for my upcoming birthday which was so kind, probably the nicest touch I’ve experienced at any hotel ever and I’ve visited many! Amazing ladies and great hotel, will certainly stay here again when in Miami.

"An absolutely wonderful stay! The absolute highlight was the front desk staff, especially Marie Coello (Maria C.). Her level of service was spectacular!The hotel's location is ideal, offering easy and convenient access to various parts of the city thanks to the free Metromover and Trolley stops nearby. Additionally, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were simply the best I have had in years.We will definitely be back!"

Great location. Walking distance to Bayside Park and Market. Rooms are clean and staff was very friendly. Definitely recommended if visiting Miami.
