Hampton Inn Miami-Coconut Grove/Coral Gables

My husband and I booked a 4 day trip to celebrate my 80th. birthday. From the check-in to the check out everything was perfect. Latasha and Kevin were very helpful and friendly. The hotel amenities and room were clean and they actually left me a birthday card with a basket of goodies in the room. Breakfast was nice with 24 hour coffee and tea available in the lobby Unfortunately , we had to checkout early due to 2 days of bad weather with more To come. Kevin was very helpful and approved an early checkout which we were extremely grateful for. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, friendly staff and a clean place to stay. The pool and hot tub were also very nice and clean even if I didn't get to use it much due to thunder storms constantly rolling in. we would definitely stay there again in the future. Thanks for your hospitality.

The overnight stay was a good experience; the location is excellent, and the room was clean, though it looked dated. There was only one elevator, causing delays as many people were using it at the same time. The breakfast lacked variety, and as an additional recommendation, the staff should speak Spanish—after all, this is Miami.

There is a woman in reception who is completely obnoxious, rude and aggressive. Do not stay in this Hampton Inn.
