The Hotel was luxurious for a economic hotel to stay at, it was very clean , neat and maintained, very nice rooms Very convenient if you want to buy a drink or a snack, or need medicine like Tylenol , Advil, etc And the girl in the front Desk Jasmine amazing helped me with everything while I was there, checking in and checking out

We stayed one night at the Holiday Inn Express Miami-Kendall. We were in room 216. Being on the second floor, we were aware of how slow the one working elevator was, so I tried using the stairs to go down one floor. It turns out both staircases put you out in the parking lot at the bottom, not in the lobby. Not what I expected. There was an ice machine on the first and 3rd floor. Not sure about higher floors. We had asked for a room set up for 3 people, but there were no pillows, blanket, or sheets for the fold out sofa bed, and only 2 sets of towels for the bathroom. A phone call to the front desk got the required equipment delivered to our room. The bathroom only used pump bottles for the different soaps - no bar soap. I didn’t use the outside swimming pool, but the temperature seemed OK. There were no umbrellas for shade. The hot tub was cordoned off, so it couldn’t be used. The room was OK with all the standard stuff, including a microwave, safe, small fridge, iron and ironing board, and small kitchen sink, but no coffee maker. There were sugar cookies out in the dining area in the afternoon. Nice. The breakfast had an automatic pancake maker, but I didn’t try it. There was coffee, water, and milk to drink, but no fruit juice. There was no yogurt the morning we were there, but there were hard boiled eggs available, along with the egg and sausage entries, and pastries and bread for toast. The dining area had many tables. We would probably stay there again.

Very nice and clean! The people at the desk were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much!
