I had an awful experience here where I felt the staff was inconsiderate rude and racist. I had an uncomfortable room, broken bed and despite asking for a room swap nothing was done. From check in my room preference was not available and yet after saying I had neck and back pain from the bed nothing was done. I witnessed Eduardo chatting it up with a pilot. Yet when I approached to ask for assistance he curled his lip, averted his eyes and refused to even look at me other than to say sit you have many packages. He sauntered away after this. When I came down the following day to find a missing package , the woman at the desk was training another person. She said to the mail room- I can’t pronounce this name. If you need it come see it. I’m literally right there. Can you ask me how to pronounce the name? I’m not Spanish but I get how to pronounce Maria and Eduardo and Jorge. I show them respect. The least Marriott can do is train their staff to demonstrate respect to all their guests. It’s certainly lacking

Arrived late May 2026. Truth be told, my plan was check-in, eat, sleep, & back to work the next day. When I met Eduardo at the front desk & he described the room. I figured, why not give a review since I'm here. I prefer an authenticated setting. That's where the magic happens. Awesome Art work on the room wall & setting. Dined at Le Mirage, met Nicholas who gave excellent service, nice to see Carlos as well. Nicholas advised me my steak will take time to cook. I reassured him, its no biggie. The dish was well presented & received. Steak well seasoned & cooked beautifully. Nice side dish options too. Passion Fruit Mousse Tart. A dessert dish of Brazilian origin. I d o recommend it. A pleasure to talk to In Room Dining. Good on delivery time ( with minutes to spare, yes I noticed ) & nice Margherita Pizza. Kudos to Herman at In Room Dining. Being that this hotel does stand out in downtown Dadeland. Here's my insight, construction makeover on the pool area & gym. Do keep the gym equipment. Not asking for a marble statue of a Brad Pitt version Achilles, by the pool. However a whirlpool pool would be a great addition. The white quartz lamps that's on the lobby. It will also look good on the console table located in the hallway. As for the hallway. I say paint it a blue color silimiar to the carpet floor. Giving it that serenity, peace of mind. Lastly, update the outside flags under the main Marriott logo. As for Whitney's restaurant & Le Mirage Lobby so good dining there. All in all, good experience. Gratitude to the Argentinian group too. Visit dedicated to my then German American ex girlfriend who looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show. Cue in the song " Vivo per lei" by Andrea Bocelli ( ft. Marta Sánchez) and song "Still Falling For You" by Ellie Goulding 🇺🇸 🇩🇪 🇦🇷 🎸🙏✌️

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN A 4 STAR !!! Hello, I would like to file a complaint regarding my stay at your establishment. Several issues significantly impacted our stay, including: * No functional baby crib upon our arrival: the first one provided was broken, and we had to wait until the next day for the staff to replace it * Inability to heat our 9-month-old baby’s meals (no microwave available) * An unusually long wait before being given access to our room * Wi-Fi outage for several hours * Unwelcoming front desk staff with a dismissive attitude * The establishment is not at all suitable for a family stay * A security deposit was requested upon arrival, which had not been mentioned in the listing * After our baby vomited, we removed the bed sheets to facilitate their replacement; however, the housekeeping staff refused to change them immediately and behaved inappropriately * Towels were not replaced, even when we left them on the floor as instructed * parking there is only the hotel parking there is no place to park anywhere around the hotel so you have to pay the 41$ per night * one of the lady at the front desk talk to us like Avoid AVOID that place !!! That place ruin our holiday
