Quarzo Bal Harbour

Good structure but unclear about the costs they charge on-site, they charge an exorbitant final cleaning fee and during the stay they don't even change the towels, they took resort fees without mentioning it anywhere, if you arrive after 5 PM you are out of luck because they don't contact you and leave no message, money wasted, they have a beach infested with sargassum and you stay there with the noise of bulldozers all day, for heaven's sake, in Miami there are better, cheaper options with clearer policies... it was not a good choice, given the circumstances I would have left immediately.

Be careful. Ton of hidden fees. I have them a 2 star because room was nice. Staff does accommodate . No late check outs no early check ins. Nothing. Treated as a transaction not a guest. If you think your spending $500, you’ll end up spending $800. I stayed one night and they charged me $135 automatic cleaning services because they treat these like condos not hotel rooms. Will never come back. Stay away.
