We had the time of our life in 2017. We always choose this hotel. We were very good treated by Davina at the frontdesk, she is the best. Everybody else at the front desk was very helpful. But she made our stay very comfortable. Next time again. I have no complaints.
I had to write october 2018, but it was februari 2017.

Best waitress around and the food was great. service was fantastic. The bar maid was Luz. We are working here out of town and have been taken care of every night and treated very well. Very friendly place to be around like a home away from home.

Overall, it wasn't a bad experience but the hotel needs to be updated; especially its corridor, restaurant, rooms and elevator.
For my first stay, the reception welcomed us professionally and were able to assist us with arranging airport transportation. However, when going to the room, one of the elevators was down so had to use the other one. It felt like I could've taken the stairs with my luggage and beat the elevator as it was so slow. Persons staying there at the time were heavily burdening the elevator.
The room itself was okay, seen better but did well for the overnight stay.
Having its own restaurant was a plus and the staff there, just like the reception staff, were friendly and efficient.
The transportation service was right on time, helped with our bags plus the bus was clean.
The hotel is located close to a shopping area which was a bonus as you didn't have to stay in your room all the time. You could also buy last minute souvenirs right outside just to please those back home.
For my second stay, I felt the room downstairs was much better than the one upstairs, felt a bit more cleaner than the first.
If you think you may have over shopped and want to know the weight of your luggage, the hotel has scales where you could weigh your bags before reaching the airport. Nice feature.
It's not a bad hotel if you're a just staying overnight.
However, some notes for the hotel:
I believe you should get rid of the carpet, makes it difficult to move your wheeled luggage and plus, it kind of holds a smell and makes the hotel look old.
In the reception area, have more seats available because that area can become congested when busy when persons are waiting for transportation.
At both of my stays, the key cards to gaining entry to the room failed. Your staff helped with this matter each time but it might be a regular occurrence for your other guests too.
Just upgrade your hotel and you'll be alright.
