Sense Beach House

Local House in South Beach is a rare find: an upscale hotel that feels polished and thoughtfully designed without ever feeling overly formal or intrusive. The atmosphere is stylish, relaxed, and perfectly suited to South Beach. What stood out most was the service. in particular Eddy and Anajulia , the team has struck an ideal balance between being available and giving guests space. There is no constant checking in or unnecessary interruption—communication is handled mainly by text when you need something, and the response is immediate, warm, and genuinely kind. It makes the stay feel effortless and personal rather than managed. For anyone looking for a refined South Beach stay with attentive service that remains discreet and hands-off, I would highly recommend Local House.

The location is excellent, The room is very nice, the pool sniff Besch access are great. Only downsides if driving there is no dedicated drop off or temp car parking. The other issue is the acoustic between the rooms, we experiance a bad next door visitor that kept the TV on all night and had loud arguments the first night.

We had a wonderful stay at Local House Miami Beach while my son was recovering from surgery. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating from start to finish. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was so comfortable—just what we needed after a long day. The location was great, only steps to the boardwalk & beach! So close to the nightlife, yet very quiet and homey. The personal, friendly service really made our stay special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Local House to anyone visiting Miami Beach!
