We got beach cabanas on a day pass and that included the pool. It’s a good deal to lounge in such a beautiful space. It was special circumstances that made it both a great and not so great experience. Though we were among the first at the pool it was very hard to get service. We kept flagging down people for food menus and drinks. I ended up just going up to the bar to get drinks all but one round when I was able to grab a server. We ordered food but an hour later it still hadn’t arrived so we had to hunt them down again- got the food about 1:40 after we originally ordered and the order was wrong. They did comp the food.
They were having a World Cup party which was awesome to watch the game that way but the DJ was so loud we couldn’t talk. Altogether it was about $640 for 4 of us. The girls with us said the service on the beach was excellent. I’m glad we had the experience of a pool packed with cheering football fans. I would be interested and returning another time since all the reviews said the service was amazing- I just think they were understaffed for the party.
