The Residences at Icon Brickell

We booked this property through Hotels.com based on the advertised amenities, including two outdoor pools, deck access, and full building facilities. None of these were available during our stay. The building was under active construction, both pools were closed, and the decks were inaccessible. Amenities operated on a 9–5 schedule that was not disclosed prior to booking. Inside the unit, cabinets were screwed shut and unusable, the toilet did not flush properly, the windows had a film coating blocking light, and the overall cleanliness was poor. When we contacted the operators to resolve these issues, we received no response. We have filed a formal complaint with Hotels.com and initiated a credit card dispute. Future guests should be aware that the listing does not accurately reflect the current state of this property. **APPARENTLY THE CONSTRUCTION IS KNOWN AND WILL BE UNDER CONSTRUCTION FOR YEARS.** STAY AWAY.

On 4-21 we visited Icon Brickell and Brett supervisor was very kind and attentive he knew how to help and with ease made sure to accommodate our needs. Definitely recommend
