The experience was excellent, starting with Mr. Claudio, who was concerned at all times with supporting and helping with information about the place and its surroundings; he provided the best service and makes one feel at home. On the other hand, Oscar was also always attentive and managing details quickly so that the stay would be very pleasant. I recommend this hotel; besides, it has a very good location.

We arrived with a 7-year-old boy, it was raining, the hotel , because it has no reception was closed, the hotel phone had voicemail .. two hours in the rain ... only thanks to another guest who had had our problem we were able to contact the manager of the structure who provided us with pins to enter the room.
