Westgate South Beach

I came with my family. There are 10 of us. Luisito made sure we all had a great time! He set up activities for us to do and made sure we were comfortable. He gave us local recommendations and was able to answer all our questions. He made the trip so enjoyable.

Luisito Palencia made this trip so much more fun than it already was! He was so attentive and polite and wanted to make sure our family had the best time ever! He went above and beyond and we are very grateful!!

I love the beach and how secluded it was it was connected to the Hotel soooo as soon as you walk out the beach is right there Luis palencia Was so sweet and helpful, he made our experience so nice because he was one of the nicest staff members And would go out of his way for us the hotel had a convenience store attatched which had a deli section The beach was secluded it was barely anyone on our side and it’s in the safer part of Miami Beach . We also got free bike rentals and the boardwalk was so long which was nice for bike riding, Does an outdoor workout area called muscle Beach which was only a 15 minute bike ride down the board walk Luis was the one who told us about this awesome gym and cool restaurants ! He should get a raise ! Nicest staff member out of all of the west gates 😍
