Majestic Sun Condominiums by Wyndham Vacation Rentals

Horrible experience with majestic sun manager Melinda Carrasco. Air condition did not work the whole time, crappy construction or renovation whatever they did. We made sure the room was spotless when we left, but we apparently didn’t give back 2 plastic pool bracelets and I guess they reuse them for their guests ( hopefully they clean or sterilize them?) but we were bombarded with texts about the 2 3 cent bracelets when we left. She charged us $50 dollars and so we told her to remove us from any future emails as we would not be back. She then gave us a one star review as guests. Be careful with Melinda in room 910

Our room, Majestic Sun 1003B, was very disappointing. First, the description said it slept eight when really it only slept six. Even though they have changed the description online now it was still an inconvenience for us. Secondly, the room with the double beds was terrible. The one closet that should have been available to the renters was filled with the owner’s belongings. The one dresser in that room had all broken drawers. None of them opened or closed correctly. The two double beds were very uncomfortable. It felt like you were just laying on springs. Needless to say we lived out of our suitcases and had nowhere to put anything. Finally, our balcony had furniture that was covered in mold and mildew. It looked like it has never been cleaned . Therefore, we couldn’t even sit outside because no one wanted to sit on the disgusting furniture. This was very disappointing because we enjoy sitting on the balcony while on vacation. All I can say is don’t rent this room if you stay at the Seascape Resort, Majestic Sun B.

Wouldn’t recommend dirty. Furniture and carpet ! Vacasa not very responsive and we’ve stayed at this area fir years and years.
