Stayed 5 nights in March 2026. The hotel is simply unremarkable—nothing stands out. Food was poor across the board.
The beach is nice, but it’s ¾ of a mile away—you’ll need to walk or wait for a golf cart shuttle.
The real issue: I ordered one (delicious) piña colada at the pool bar ($16.96 on 3/21). The staff decided to hook themselves up with a 383% tip ($64.94) without my consent, bringing the total to $81.90. I mean the service was meh, BUT the Tip Was LEGENDARY!!
I reported it to the front desk the next morning after my credit card flagged it. I was promised a refund within 7–10 business days. Nearly 3 weeks later, I’m still chasing them.
Between the mediocre experience and this billing issue, we won't be back. Not to mention the whole area is a snooze fest. Bring a good book.
