Front Desk staff was extremely rude, unprofessional at check in. Arrived at 4 pm for check in. Waited 20 minutes in lobby and no staff was present. There was a long line of guest waiting to check -in. She told me my room wasn't ready and nothing else. I politely asked her what should I do, just come back and keep checking in with you and she rudely said can't you just stand there and wait. She then proceeded to complain that she was going to quit and how miserable she is. Service didn't get any better from there. Had to search for cleaning staff to even request a roll of toilet paper. Toilet barely flushed in our room (we ended up fixing it our self), door handle to balcony was broken, phone in room didn't work to even call for front desk help. Maintenance eventually came a day later to address some of our concerns. I will never stay here again due to the horrible service all around.

Stayed here for my husband’s birthday overnight. Staff was great although I questioned if I really saw the restaurant’s server drop a piece of English muffin when coming out of the kitchen, say to me she thought the female patrons left (because they went to the bathroom), and turn around to pick it up off the floor to put back on the plate! Kids get to the pool right after breakfast so if you want a quiet swim go early! There’s hardly any shade around the pool deck, they need some more of those umbrellas but they did have water to shower off under that works only in the morning if you’re coming in from the beach. We watched a spider catch a mosquito that got in from the balcony right above our pillows, but we also got to watch people that do turtle beach patrol help turtle babies get into the water! Bed softness is just right. It was nice to have a fridge, and you can buy more time to be in your suite until 2 PM for 20 bucks. These sweets are just basic not lavish in anyway. Price for the hotel is good. If you’re driving a big suburban, don’t park underneath the hotel because it’s a tight fit. The camera in the garage is full of salt spray and obviously doesn’t work that needs to be replaced! Beautiful, amazing view. Quiet hotel.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. The room had roaches and smelled like wet dog. The pool and deck around pool was in very poor condition, giving the impression that it had not been properly maintained. Customer service was just as disappointing. They were rude and unpleasant to deal with, they made us feel as if we were annoying them just checking in. Overall, the hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and provided terrible customer service. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
