Blue Palm Hotel

I'm staying in this hotel and I'm very sorry. Don't come. Hotel that had equipped kitchen, are simply in the process of renovation and have and will not have any more utensils. All dirty, ugly hotel. I do not recommend even after you reform because it has lost the sense of being a kitchen hotel. Stay in others.

The staff at the reception is very helpful and cordial. Highlight to Mr. Luiz and Diana. The hotel is very nice and clean. The pool area is also great. Breakfast will always be the same, and it's worth it. The items are: pao de forma, bagels, muffins, and waffles you make on time. Coffee, milk, juices and socks. Butter and cream cheese. The room I took had carpet and was pretty clean. And you need to schedule the cleaning, as it happens every 3 days. You have the transfer to the parks, but it's not from the hotel and you need to log in to a website to schedule... Works well

When arrived it was under construction. Both Bathrooms in the Lobby were closed? When got to the room the King Bedroom had a filthy Bed Cover. No Towels in the King Bathroom. The Kitchen had no cleaning supplies. I.E. Dish clothes, Dish Towels, Soap, Paper Towels. The Sofa Sleeper had no linens. The AC cooled best to 76-78 Degrees. As a Diamond Member that stays at many hotels. Very Disappointed but made the best of it.
