Calypso Cay Hotel & Suites

We totally enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and clean. The pool areas where very nice. We actually liked staying at the resort more than going out and doing things. Kids enjoy the stay they had a blast. I do think there should be more communication with zip line and rock climbing thing being closed. I believe music should be on different times of the day when people or in the pool. Maybe change some of the cooking pans. Idea small grills for rooms for the ones that have the outside part. Overall the price and the stay was amazing

We had a teen take over due to the fact the resort did not enforce its own rules of 10pm everything being shut down. The family in the sections floor had their door kicked in at about 1:30 am July 5th. They banged on my door but we were on the 3rd floor. On top of all that the resort need a massive amount of TLC. I don’t even feel comfortable at the pool. If you value your family’s safety DO NOT GO!!! We finally got to sleep at 4am on July 5th, we checked out that same day at 10am. Even though we still had a night left.

Loved loved loved Calypso Cay and it’s SUPERB commitment to excellence at every turn! First, the Front Desk staff is professional, polite and greet you each morning with a smile and great attitude! The apartment units are impeccably clean and spacious, the LANDSCAPING is second to none and it was quiet and relaxing without ever feeling boring… I brought a book, listened to all my favorite tunes, using my headphones at the pool and felt like I was 1,000,000 miles from home. Shout out to that front desk team…they’ll remember me as the person who loves Puerto Rico! But hey, Calypso Cay felt like a tropical getaway! I hope to return many times…to be surrounded by such beauty in a safe and well-maintained property was a PLEASURE! 🏆
