Courtyard By Marriott Palm Parkway

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre. The location is convenient, but we encountered some frustrating room issues. The carpet was shampooed while we were out, leaving the floor soaking wet. I had to lay down towels myself to try to absorb the water. On top of that, housekeeping never returned to service the room, remake the beds, or take out the trash. We promptly reported the situation to the front desk. The agent, Jennifer, was very polite and did her best to assist us — we really appreciate her efforts. However, the only resolution offered was complimentary breakfast, which didn’t adequately address the wet carpet or the lack of housekeeping service. We actually have an upcoming reservation for next week and hope that by then our experience improves. Thank you to Jennifer for trying, and we’re looking forward to a better stay.

Great 2 night stay. Very clean, great pool with water slide the boys loved. Staff was very kind and friendly including the sweet ladies who cleaned our room and arranged all the boys stuffed animals. Gym was nicely equipped Front desk staff Maurice, Pierre, and Marsha were great. Would definitely come back

The hotel was very clean, just a few minor things. The food in the restaurant was good and inexpensive. Location was great for what we wanted to do. The coffee maker in my room didn’t work, asked for a replacement but never got it. Owen, Rocio, Maurice, Daniel, Pierre and Mr Moore also the barista who was working Friday and Monday made by stay enjoyable.
