Cypress Pointe Resort

Thank you to the entire team!!! Not only was the room and facilities very clean, the hospitality was immaculate. We were under 20 minutes from the park and it was so easy to travel to and from the property. We were even having car troubles the entire week and were accommodated by everyone on site. A big and very special thank you to Daniela!! I want to highlight how friendly and attentive the staff was throughout our stay again. Every interaction felt genuine, and the team consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. From quick assistance at the front desk to helpful guidance around the property, we truly felt taken care of. We will absolutely be returning on our next trip. This was a great resort to stay at with my family, very clean with friendly staff. Very close to all major attractions. Large suites with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Laid back and chill vibe with great pool.

We are Hilton Vacation owners and booked last minute and this location was only one available with a two bedroom. I will start by saying we normally wouldn’t have picked here as it is more outdated than what we like. However, we were pleasantly surprised! The two bedroom is quite large. It is very clean! The furniture is a weird green color and big thick draperies. But with that being said we are barely in the room and again very clean. There is a washer/dryer which is a plus! Two full bathrooms that we always love! There is soap and sponges for kitchen cleaning. No elevators as mentioned. We had 1st floor thankfully. For the two bedroom however it only slept 6 which most two bedrooms sleep 8. In 2nd bedroom there is only one queen bed. The sleeper sofa looked very old BUT surprisingly when I opened it, it was a very thick foam mattress that was comfortable my daughter said. My King bed is hard but after hours in a park we slept just fine. Pillows are big and fluffy. You can call for linens or towels and they will bring right to you. There is trash bins on 1st floor that we took our trash to daily. Pool and large hot tub. Memorial Day weekend and it was quiet around the resort. Love the location! Close to parks and some great dining & the outlets around the corner. I wouldn’t rule coming back here!
