Econo Lodge Inn Suites

Went to this place to evacuate for Hurricane Ian, it looked like a hole in the wall, people hanging out around and living there, I didn't feel safe our room flooded late on one night we were there the maintenance guy gave us an attitude about having to give us a new room, said he didn't have a key to give us to the new room like what??? so when my husband went to the front desk he was stopped and harassed by the police and had to prove we had a room there, like in the middle of a hurricane! and when I called back to get my deposit back they claimed they charged me for my dogs which I can get but there was nothing left behind my dogs are well trained and why charge me for them when we were totally inconvenienced, that's not good customer service and their beds and some of our personal stuff was damaged by the room flooding when I asked Miss. Ginger at the desk who could I complain too she said there was nothing they could do and wouldn't give me any manager or owners name; I will never ever go back there again, and you shouldn't either stay away from hotels like this they are privately owned and trashy!

My husband and I went to check in on 1/2/2022. We were denied by the manager. He stated we caused trouble when we were there last. How in the hell they came to that conclusion? Oh, beacuse receptionist stated the manager seen us on camera! I never gave my name or Identification. Case of mistaken identity!

Got room have no bath towel no wash clothes right now still waiting bath towel wanted been waiting almost 3hour for bath towel to take shower gone front desk still waiting on bathtowel no lights none lampwork trying finger get light room
