Stayed here many times. The hôte is under some refurbishment. The rooms are clean and comfortable beds. The location is good and friendly staff. Definitely suits your needs for park visits.

I booked this hotel for a night in Orlando, because it was closer to the Disney parks, but the nightmare was big. The hotel looks like a motel, an insecure place, with a horrible room, dirty and stinking mold, clothes from dirty, dirty beds, horrible bathroom, the door of the bedroom is facing the street and there is still no acoustics. There's no security, no entry control. Attendants at the check in poorly prepared, badly dressed and to complete the hotel charged $100 deposit on my card and $10 service fee. I checked in, but I pulled out of the hotel soon after and moved to another. I very much admire the Quality network, fixing its flag on a hotel of this quality. Really, the place is deplorable. I'm a travel agent and I'm telling anyone reading this testimony to get out of this place.

The hotel is very nice. The staff was very nice. However, housekeeping wasn’t very nice so I don’t want to give them any kind of praise. But the owner of the property was absolutely fabulous. I do recommend them. Just be careful of who gets the rooms next to you. That was a little bit of a problem for me this time. The neighbors were very loud fighting all the time so just be aware of that but the hotel itself worth the time and the money.
