Great location, and potential, staff are friendly. That’s about all the positivity I can provide. The rooms are outdated, dust, and roaches everywhere. The office chair at desk in room, was so wobbly I almost fallen out of it. Not to mention the office chair had stain on it. The hallways smell like mildew/ mold, the rugs needs to be town away like 10 years ago. The breakfast was a blueberry muffin you could order from a vending machine. The staff were nice. They seemed to silent understand the dismay.

The rooms are not in the best shape but I knew that before booking and the price considers that as well. They have everything you need to make you feel at home. My suggestion: if you eliminate the carpets in the rooms and floors, it would be a lot nicer. The staff is the best specially Liz. I had an inconvenient my first night and she went far and beyond to solve it and move me to another room. I was there alone for a week working from my room. She always has a smile and that is very important. Thank you Liz!

Firstly, the attitude of the front desk person stinks...far less than professional. There is no iron in the entire hotel, ironically there is an iron board in the room, but no iron. You can only get a cut of hot water 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Outside of that time frame, if you need a cup of hot water outside of the breakfast time slot to save your life you better prepare to die, No body wash, no shower cap, no courtesy, no excellence. I would not recommend this hotel.
