Holiday Inn Resort Orlando - The Castle

We had a great time at Castle Hotel. Our boys loved the castle theme and us parents loved the customer service. Everyone was very pleasant to be around and very customer satisfaction focused. If you stay here, make sure to grab breakfast downstairs as the buffet is great for kids and the custom omelette is amazing off the menu! Clara was our server and she took great care of my family and I. She also brought a treasure box for my little boys to grab a toy from and they were thrilled! Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are comfortable. We had the absolute best service from Clara and Luan this morning! They were friendly and attentive. They anticipated every need and made sure we were all comfortable. They truly made breakfast an experience.
