Holiday Inn & Suites Convention Center

We are working with Diana with Fairfield guest services. She has helped us plan a vacation to Universal with our 12 year old grandson. She has been very helpful to get us the best deal for all the parks that we want to visit during our stay. She is very knowledgeable of the area and has answered all our questions promptly. We are looking forward to visiting in October 2026.

I like the Fairfield Inn by Marriott as it is the best hotel in this price range. Good service but unclear shuttle service after 9pm. They use Uber then. Good room and clean and quiet. Free breakfast with eggs, sausage, toast and stuff. I do recommend them.

I stayed with my family for eight nights at the Fairfield and we liked it a lot. Positive points: 1 - The kindness of all the staff, especially the girls who work at the breakfast and the employee Laura, Brazilian, who assisted us during our stay. And since our flight was delayed, she granted us a two-hour late check-out at the hotel. 2 - Great location. Several restaurants and shops near the hotel, that you can walk to. 3 - A good breakfast, free, with three daily options of hot dishes, juices, fruits, yogurt, waffle, etc. 4 - Very competitive price for the hotel room. Negative point: 1 - A charge of 16 dollars per day of parking and, depending on the time you arrive from the parks, you may not find spots. I had to ask a reception employee for help to find parking for the car and one of the days of my stay. Overall, a great hotel. I recommend it to everyone.
