METROPOLITAN EXPRESS

I recently stayed at B&B during my Universal trip. The hotel feels newly renovated and modern. I just wanted to give a shout-out to Carolina, who was incredibly sweet and friendly and truly one of the highlights of our trip. It was a nice touch that she remembered our names during our stay

We had a wonderful experience staying here! Carolina was absolutely fantastic!! she was kind, professional, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to answer our questions and make sure we had a great stay. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a perfect location, just a few minutes from the theme parks and surrounded by lots of dining options. If you're looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Orlando with excellent customer service, this is it. Highly recommend!
