Highly recommend this place! The cleanliness overall was top-notch - everything was pristine. On top of that, the spaces are very generous and spacious, much bigger than we expected. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here in June 2026 for three nights and four days, and the place was horrible and unclean. Upon checking in and talking to the staff, I realized this was a property Hilton bought from Wyndham Resorts, which says a lot, since Wyndham is low quality. my room smelled musty old like it wasn't used for a year the AC and the second room did work or no airflow was coming through the washer dryer was a combination unit that absolutely did nothing the dryer hose fell off the ceiling and where it was attached it had mold all over the area that's readily invisible from maintenance to see, the floors were all PVC laminated and extremely dirty after walking barefoot for two minutes and walking on the white bathroom floor towel mat nothing but black residue and crud from the floor came off my foot the front door didn't close properly the kitchen refrigerator door faced the wrong directio,n I mean come on how hard is that to swap over door hinge just goes to show you there's no detail to this place it just put together by maintenance the wrong way . The AC worked great in half the unit; I had a 2-bedroom unit; the other half had no AC. The facility itself is just dirty. I stayed in building 31, and everything from the ground to the floor to the elevator seems like it hasn't been cleaned for about a year. I was not happy with this day. I paid money to stay there this wasn't free for me at check-in I signed up to hear their sales presentation because they offered some decent gifts but their sales presentation was nothing but nonsense and high pressure tactics trying to get thousands of dollars out of you which was ridiculous they expect you to decide in 5 minutes to put down eight $9000 and finance 25 to $100,000 it's ridiculous this is nothing but a scam I will say that I do own a timeshare. I'm very happy with it; that's why I bought it, uh, but their presentation was nonsense had nothing but pressure. I can say no, and I did. But that coupled with the crowd that this place attracts. The pool and the low-quality events I saw from the people; I would not stay there again, and the location is not ideal. I paid over $700 to stay here. It was a waste of my money however I will use the gifts they gave me for sitting in on their presentation that was supposed to take 90 minutes it took more like 3 1/2 four hours - Hilton do better, this is not your standard I understand you bought this place from Wyndham but don't put your name on it until you're ready and learn how to sell timeshares better this was a waste of money for me and a waste of time the place looks gorgeous from the road. However, looks are deceiving. Spend more time cleaning your property so that the paying customer gets what they paid for, as advertised. Lastly, if you want to buy a timeshare, look into it thoroughly before you buy, and don't decide in 90 minutes. There are better values at other hotel chains for 1/3 the price or less than these guys wanted. I own 2 timeshares at different companies.
