Proximity to the parks was good and the house was spacious with several bathrooms to accommodate the 5 of us but the house was dirty and everything was outdated or poor quality. Hair was found in the fridge, woven into the hand towels and just in general dirty throughout the house. They had little cards taped to the walls telling you different things like "dont lean back on bar stools because the backs of the stools aren't stable", you couldn't touch the coffee table because it just wobbled back and forth and bugs at the sink in the kitchen was a constant problem. Be prepared to bring EVERYTHING as they left us literally with nothing. After travelling a fair distance we had to do a full on grocery shop. No spices in the kitchen, no paper towels, 1 dishwasher pod, not enough laundry detergent to do 1 load and if you're ok with 1 ply toilet paper then you're good there. Also they do not include heat with the pool. I did contact the property manager about these issues but I never got a reply. Thank goodness we were really busy with the parks and didn't spend a lot of time at the house. For our second week we rented a home through "Jeffrey Homes" and it was awesome. Totally recommend!!

Be warned, this villa is nice but very, very uncomfortable. AC is set very high, and behind a lock box meaning the nights have been long and sweaty. Even in October, when the temperature is cooler, the second and third bedrooms are red hot. Beds are old, noisey and like laying on a bed of bricks. The villa it's self could do with a bit of renewal, bathrooms could use a bit of paint as there are marks all over the walls.

My family have stayed in many villas on the south H27 over the past 27 years and this villa has to be my absolute favourite,the disney theme parks are literally 15 mins away and when you come back after a lovely long tiring day in the parks it was so nice to come back to a lovely clean home where the beds were so comfortable which to me is very important and the sun aspect was fantastic,The owners Colin and Erica mill were so nice and helpful and nothing was too much trouble they were so responsive to any questions i had to them via email.we are so looking forward to staying here again.To anyone who is searching for a villa look no further!you have found it.Thank you Colin and Erica for the kind hospitality you showed to my family and I for the 3 weeks,see you again very soon.The Walsh family.
