Quality Inn & Suites Eastgate

My wife and I stayed one night after flying in from UK. We wanted a comfortable bed for the night and to get on the road the next morning. Its convenient,12 miles from the airport, so just right for us. We only wanted a modest hotel but it had to be clean and comfortable, which is exactly what we got. The mattress was like a soft pillow giving a really good night's sleep, better than some 4 or 5 star hotels we have stayed at. We had a big room with two double beds and a clean bathroom - for the price, just right. Free breakfast at the hotel was pretty basic but there's a Denny's restaurant next door which we used (unusually poor service) but it was OK. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it even has a pool!

This hotel what is dirty the toilet was not secure to the wall the bed should have been in the dumpster and there was mold on the curtain. When we checked in we had to call to ask for a remote for the television. Things only got worse from there I complained and no one responded. I was supposed to stay seven nights I only stayed for and had to pay for 5. Don't waste your money or your time.

Don't stay here. Clean rooms & that's all. Room was not cleaned every day & heavy use of perfume to cover smell. Breakfast available for short time, lack of food availability when you are there. Language barrier with employees. No offer for discount when concerns brought to front desk. Won't stay here again!
