The photos on the site and online are misleading because the hotel is definitely more dated. Fairly clean in the common areas and in the accommodation. Equipped with the bare essentials, an excellent setup for a family for several days but not huge. The pool, decent, is a good diversion if you don't want to leave the property and want to relax for a few hours. They provide towels and the front desk staff are very helpful. The breakfast is abundant, even if of questionable quality. Attention! They provide only one shuttle to Magic Kingdom (Disney) at a set time. Before going, we called and wrote emails to ask if they provided shuttles to other parks (SeaWorld, Cape Canaveral, Wonderworks...) and they answered yes even though it is NOT true. A call center answers the phone and emails, not the employees at the hotel's front desk!

lka was incredibly helpful from beginning to end. She guided me through everything and answered every question I had. We arrived late at night, and she welcomed us with such kindness. When I checked out the next morning, she was there again with the same warm smile and positive attitud. She is hardworking, kind, cheerful, and incredibly efficient. She handles everything so quickly while making every guest feel welcome and cared for. Thank you Ilka for making our stay such a wonderful experience.

This hotel is in a prime location. Super close to the Disney parks as well as Universal. The rooms are good, maybe a bit outdated but the staff is the star of the show. Great people, very helpful. Daniella was the best!
